Consultation
I offer employment consultation to exploring career options, navigating workplace challenges, or seeking more sustainable ways to grow at work. Sessions may focus on understanding strengths and support needs, requesting accommodations, addressing social communication expectations, responding to ableism or discrimination, and identifying next steps in education, employment, or career development.
Fee: $200/50-minute session
Assessment
Vocational assessments are designed to help clients better understand their work-related interests, values, strengths, support needs, and potential career directions. The process typically includes a vocational intake interview, several work-related interest and values tools, and, when relevant, measures related to workplace stress or fit. The assessment takes approximately three hours to complete. After the assessment is complete, clients receive a brief summary report outlining suggested career fields, areas for further exploration, and practical next steps toward education, training, or employment. A one-hour feedback session is usually scheduled approximately two weeks after the assessment. During this session, we review the report together, discuss the findings, and identify realistic next steps.
Fee: $900
Workplace Inclusion and Leadership Consulting

I also offer consultation and training for leaders, teams, and organizations seeking to strengthen neurodiversity-affirming and inclusive workplace practices. Services may focus on understanding neurodivergent employee experiences, improving accommodation processes, addressing ableism and workplace barriers, strengthening communication and supervision practices, and creating more accessible team cultures. Consultation and training can be tailored to the needs of the organization and may include leadership coaching, team education, policy or practice review, and practical strategies for supporting neurodivergent employees more effectively.
Fee: $250 hourly
